a global rebate solution. Rebate Delivery has created a patent-pending, groundbreaking
service using new technology and processes. By combining global mail-in locations
with global payment solutions, as well as a robust rebate creation, fulfillment
and tracking solution, Rebate Delivery provides a complete system that allows mail-in
rebates to work effectively in the online sales arena.
The solution also takes advantage of the online nature of transactions to provide
consumers alternative offers in lieu of claiming a rebate. It also provides worldwide
address verification and archiving of electronic copies of all collateral documents
for support and reporting purposes.
Company Origins
RebateDelivery was launched in early 2009 by a team of veterans from the software
and e-commerce/ESD industry. The company's combination of traditional mail-in rebates
with online sales of digital products resulted in a patent-pending solution. RebateDelivery
is based in Atlanta, GA.
Executive Team
Jason Foodman,
Chief Executive Officer
Jason is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded numerous software and e-commerce
firms including Trexar Technologies, MacRadio, SwiftCD® and others. Jason was
also an early investor and advisor to NextUp, RegSoft®, PetDoc, BroadTexter
and other technology related services. With SwiftCD, Jason introduced the notion
of Backup CDs to the mainstream software industry (the company was eventually sold
to Digital River®). His travels have taken him into more than seventy countries
including long-term working experience in Singapore and Scotland. Jason has filed
numerous patents, published various articles on software commerce and been featured
in Fortune, Entrepreneur and Newsweek magazines. He received a BS in Computer Science
from Appalachian State as well as a MS in Computer Science from the University Of
North Carolina.
Ken White,
Strategy and Quality Assurance
Ken is a serial entrepreneur who has been involved with several successful software
ventures. In 1999, his popular EarthTuner Internet Radio software product was acquired
by CMGI. As an early investor and member of the founding team at RegSoft, Ken was
Manager of Operations and Business Development where he helped build an e-commerce
platform which sold over 5,000 software titles. At Digital River, Ken helped design
an affiliate sales system for multiple e-commerce platforms. Ken was the Co-Founder
of NextUp, producers of popular text-to-speech software products. He received a
BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State.
Denny Caldwell,
Senior Technologist
With seven years of independent consultanting experience prior to joining Rebate Delivery, Denny has a broad range of experience making him particularly well-suited to managing the technical side of Rebate Delivery. As an expert programmer and software architect he has designed and overseen the development of all our applications and web sites. As a systems engineer he also administrates and maintains the varied servers on which this unique software technology runs.
Jay Stern,
Customer Service Manager
Jay has an extensive background in Customer Service, including working as a master
service representative with Lexus, a division of Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. At RebateDelivery Jay is responsible for Customer Service, ensuring that our clients and their customers receive unparalled support.
