Q: What exactly do you do?
A: RebateDelivery is a patent-pending service enabling companies selling software, hardware, games or anything else online to use real mail-in rebates as a discounting solution. The concept of a mail-in rebate has long been used and proven to work in the retail sector but to date has not been applied in any significant degree to online purchases. The global nature of the online audience plus the fact that rebates cannot be completely automated has been a barrier to their use in online sales. RebateDelivery brings the first global rebate solution to the global marketplace.

Q: Do Rebates really work?
A: You bet they do. Rebates have the effect of increasing sales while historically being fulfilled less than 40% of the time. This translates to more sales and profit to the vendor, even after paying out the rebates that are mailed out. RebateDelivery takes it one step further by enabling the vendor, solely at their discretion, to offer a complementary product (already at a special discounted price) to which the consumer can apply their rebate, instead of having to mail in the rebate and wait for weeks to get reimbursed. This will further decrease the number of actual rebates used which will constitute additional savings to RebateDelivery’s customers (and more new customers who will potentially purchase upgrades!).

PRICING

Q: What does it cost?
A: RebateDelivery charges a small fee for each rebate processed. Because of the unique nature of rebate programs and offerings, we work with our partners to develop pricing on a case by case basis.

Q: Do I have to prepay for the rebate funds to be mailed?
A: You do not have to prepay, however we don’t mail checks/conduct Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) that have not been funded.

Q: How can I fund my RebateDelivery account?
A: We currently accept Corporate Checks (drawn on a US bank), Wire Transfers and PayPal/Credit Cards (3.5% surcharge).

INTEGRATION

Q: How do I integrate my platform with RebateDelivery?
A:
We offer robust integration capabilities including SOAP Web Services. Your RebateDelivery Account Manager will outline the specific capabilities and we’re always happy to integrate into your existing systems.

Q: What type of reporting do you offer?
A: We'll send you custom reports, give you online access to your sales, and give you an online interface for updating your rebates, image logo, and promotional text. Every rebate form we receive is scanned and an image is stored which you can view at any time.

Q: Can I customize my checks?
A: Yes, we offer worldwide customization capability of the checks. What we can do varies from region to region but you will always have a Memo field to utilize if not a complete custom check stock.

LEGAL

Q: I understand the Escheat laws require filing in 54 jurisdictions for unclaimed property, does RebateDelivery handle that?
A: Yes, we handle all of the tracking and reporting to the various jurisdictions as required by law.
